My best advice is to start your day in a good mood
More than two years ago now, most of us started working remotely. In that time, we’ve learned a lot. We didn’t know how staying in our homes would impact us, and many people gained weight and got less healthy, both physically and mentally. That being said, if we can learn from that experience, we can move forward in the best possible way.
Don’t get discouraged if you’re not happy with your current situation. It can change quite fast. I will share a few easy things that can help you massively. Ready?1. Don’t look at your phone when you first wake up.2. Within 30 minutes of waking up, go outside for a 15 to 20-minute walk.3. Jump in the shower when you get back.4. While you’re making your coffee, ask yourself how you can be a better person than yesterday.5. Before looking at your phone, get mentally ready for anything. Don’t let whatever is on your phone dictate how you’ll feel. You are in control.6. Don’t watch or read the news. Those points are the minimum. Once you’re in control of those, you can improve even further by eating better, going to bed earlier or at the same time daily, starting a workout regime, taking cold showers, and so on. If you’re sedentary, start with those, and if you succeed, you’ll be way ahead of everybody else.
